Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing team in Dubai.
The role oversees finance and accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and financial planning.
Finance Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide management with regular analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial and VAT requirements.
- Support financial planning and management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems; SAP experience is required.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Hindi or Urdu proficiency is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000 to AED 17,000 per month.
