Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Partner with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations
- Lead all aspects of cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing
- Analyze manufacturing/service costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Drive profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit
- Monitor overhead allocation, activity based costing (ABC), and cost control initiatives
- Act as key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules)
- Ensure effective system utilization for costing, reporting, and controlling
- Support SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on system improvements and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 8–12+ years of experience in finance, with strong costing background
- Proven experience in manufacturing / industrial / FMCG environments (preferred)
- Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, COPA)
- Exposure to digital finance transformation initiatives
- Experience in multi country or regional finance roles
- Advanced cost accounting and financial analysis skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, Material Ledger, COPA)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools (added advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Provide financial insights to support decision making and business growth.
- Drive cost efficiency and operational improvement initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification preferred (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA).
- 8–12+ years of experience in finance, with strong costing background.
