Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full finance function, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Oversee project-based costing and profitability tracking across active contracts.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports for ownership.
- Manage WPS processing, payroll funding, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including client billing, retentions, and variation claims for construction contracts.
- Manage banking relationships, guarantees, bonds, and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Support tendering with cost estimation and financial risk assessment input.
- Implement and strengthen financial controls and ERP or accounting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years in construction or contracting industry finance.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS requirements.
- Experience with construction accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month.
Work Arrangement
- Work location is in person.
