Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role oversees and manages financial operations across multiple food and beverage concepts.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability across multiple concepts.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and banks.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.
- Improve financial systems and processes.
- Provide clear reporting and guidance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and HR to align financial planning with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and month-end and year-end closing.
- Experience with financial analysis, cost control, and performance monitoring in a multi-unit business.
- Ability to ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, ideally in hospitality or food and beverage.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
