Role Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
The role combines strong accounting expertise with financial insight.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Supervise and guide accounting team members.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- CFA certification is preferred or advantageous.
- Have 3–5 years of experience for Assistant Manager scope or 5–8+ years for Manager scope.
- Have strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
