Role Overview
Property Shop Investment is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Accounting team in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports strategic decision-making and financial operations through planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, and high-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Oversee, review, and manage budgets across business departments.
- Prepare financial reports and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead high-level financial reporting and analysis, including board and committee packs, regulatory reports, and statutory financial statements.
- Support company strategic goals and align financial performance with business objectives.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against business plans.
- Develop financial trends, forecasts, and projections.
- Provide financial advice on investment activities and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Lead HSE compliance within the area of responsibility and ensure safe systems and working conditions.
