Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget vs. actual analyses to support decision making
- Develop and monitor budgets, maintain internal controls, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Support management with financial modeling, cost analysis, and reporting on performance for global projects and clients
Requirements
- Strong core finance and accounting skills, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger management
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, including cash flow analysis, variance analysis, and cost and profitability assessments
- Experience with accounting software and Excel or other spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and best practices for compliance and risk management
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present financial information to non finance colleagues
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage part time hours efficiently, and coordinate with global teams across time zones

Role Description
- The Finance Manager will oversee day to day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site presence and work from home flexibility.
- Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget vs. actual analyses to support decision making.
- The Finance Manager will develop and monitor budgets, maintain internal controls, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
