- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management
- Oversee day to day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise investment opportunities
- Implement strategies to enhance cash reserves
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities

Overview
- PROACTIVE LINK is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Analysis: Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement and risk management. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
