About the Role
LPM Restaurant & Bar seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of Le Caf LPM AlKhobar, ensuring compliance, strategic planning, and operational finance. The role involves leading financial setup, compliance, and reporting for the new location.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) rollout, VAT/Zakat filings, and manage WPS/GOSI labor compliance.
- Monitor food, beverage, and prime costs; manage inventory control and shrinkage alongside the culinary team.
- Drive pre-opening Capex/FF&E budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasts for the new site.
- Direct reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the LPM Global Finance team for support and alignment.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in financial management and compliance.
- Experience in food and beverage cost management.
- Experience in inventory control and shrinkage management.
- Ability to lead financial setup and strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills for liaison with management.
