Finance Manager

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities.

This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, bank reconciliations, transaction exception processing, and financial controls.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can combine financial expertise with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Oversee bank account, credit card, merchant processor, and general ledger reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, reconciling items, and financial exceptions.

Manage chargebacks, customer refunds, non-sufficient funds (NSF) items, and related financial activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Support month-end and year-end close activities in partnership with Accounting.

Develop and improve financial processes, reporting, and operational controls.

Lead, coach, and develop finance team members while driving accountability and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Prior people leadership and team development experience.

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, financial operations, or related functions.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role is $89,436-$116,150.
