Finance Manager

Position –Finance Manager

Qualification–Graduates / Post Graduate in Accountancy.

Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA.

Experience – 5+ years of relevant experience as Finance Manager in Retail Industry.

Other pre-requisites – Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, SAP/ERP systems, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Role –

-Manage and oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Company.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.

-Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

-Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance of the business.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial information and supporting documents.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard Company assets and minimize financial risks. Work closely with HR, Operations, Procurement, and other departments on financial matters.

-Review and analyse financial data and provide recommendations to management for informed business decisions.

-Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of financial records and documentation.

Lead, supervise, and support the finance team to ensure efficient and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
