Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in the Riyadh Region.
The Finance Manager oversees financial operations and supports strategic planning and business decisions with clear financial insights.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend profitability and cost-efficiency actions.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Refine internal controls and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and optimize resources.
Qualifications
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including clear interpretation and presentation of financial data.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and relevant regional regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to lead finance teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and build stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
- Experience in the Riyadh Region or comparable markets is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is beneficial.
