Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Manage financial transformation, process automation, and ERP/financial system implementation projects
- Ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred
- 8–10 years of finance management experience, preferably within an exchange house, banking, or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management
- Experience leading finance transformation, process automation, and ERP/financial system implementation projects
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
