The company represents the Kuwait-based Power Punch brand in Qatar and offers supplements, vitamins, and sports nutrition products.
The company provides personalized nutrition guidance and diet planning and operates from Barzan 2, Umm Slal Muhammad in Doha.
Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.
The role oversees day-to-day financial operations and supports the company’s financial planning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor inventory costs and margins across multiple supplement and nutrition brands.
- Support pricing strategies and accurate recording of sales and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Develop internal financial controls and support strategic decisions with financial analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term financial planning.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, accounting, and financial controls.
- Experience with general ledger management, reconciliations, accounting software, or ERP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and cost and margin analysis.
- Knowledge of Qatar tax laws, financial regulations, and audit processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Several years of finance or accounting experience are required; retail, FMCG, or health and nutrition experience is preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools is required; inventory management familiarity is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar.
