Requirements

• Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2022–2026), with concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of direct finance / accounting professional experience to demonstrate progressive responsibility, critical thinking and analytical rigor
• Strong sense of ownership to demonstrate financial modeling, problem-solving, team player, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into Sr. Manager/Manager-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
• Demonstrated skills in developing, implementing and utilizing enterprise technology automation, visualization and analytics solutions to improve finance operations, productivity and performance.

• The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. • Other Types of Pay: Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.
