Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Finance Lead
to oversee and manage the financial operations of our entities in
Egypt And Saudi Arabia (Ksa)
.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, and team leadership, with proven experience in the
logistics or supply chain industry
and a deep understanding of
Saudi and Egyptian accounting regulations
.
This role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of managing multi-country accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and IFRS standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Egypt and KSA.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely closings.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and Saudi regulations including ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, and Zakat.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
- Lead and support the accounting team across both countries.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and ERP utilization.
- Support management with financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic planning.
