Role Context
The Finance Internal Controller supports financial integrity and compliance across SYSTRA's global operations.
The role develops internal controls, assesses risks, monitors financial processes, and supports finance teams in achieving control and compliance KPIs.
Internal Control Review
- Conduct regular reviews of internal control tool controls, financial processes, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare stakeholder feedback and assess control effectiveness.
- Recommend adjustments where internal controls require improvement.
Control Implementation
- Develop and implement procedures and policies that protect assets, prevent fraud, and support accurate financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed controls into daily operations.
