- Assist in financial data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records in accounting software or spreadsheets
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis
- Help with budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating models, and preparing reports
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial accounts
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and assisting with preparations
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and financial regulations
- Support finance team members in ad hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including accounting, treasury, and FP&A
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
- Assist in updating and maintaining financial databases, spreadsheets, and reports
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Strong academic background with coursework in financial accounting, managerial finance, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and analyze trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
