Responsibilities
- Manage banking relationships with Saudi and regional banks
- Oversee loan facilities, credit lines, guarantees, and treasury operations
- Optimize liquidity, working capital, and fund utilization
- Support sales, projects, and operations teams with pricing, costing, contract analysis, and profit optimization
- Ensure credit control, overdue management, and revenue assurance
- Analyze project profitability and asset utilization
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company’s long term objectives in KSA
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and long term financial planning
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure full compliance with ZATCA including VAT, Zakat, and Withholding Tax filings
- Manage compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related government platforms (Mudad, GOSI, Ministry of Commerce)
- Maintain statutory books, commercial registration renewals, and corporate governance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification preferred: SOCPA, CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA
- 10–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in KSA/GCC
- Strong experience in heavy equipment, industrial services, construction, logistics, or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of ZATCA, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Saudi laws
- Experience leading finance teams and multi stakeholder environments
- Arabic proficiency preferred

Role Summary
- The Finance Head – KSA is responsible for leading, managing, and controlling all financial, regulatory, and compliance operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This role requires deep expertise in Saudi financial regulations, taxation (ZATCA), labor law, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, corporate governance, and statutory reporting.
- The Finance Head will ensure strong financial stewardship, accurate reporting, strategic financial planning, and full regulatory compliance while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
