Finance Executive (Payroll)

Overview

• The Finance Executive - Payroll would manage the end-to-end processing of employee compensation while ensuring strict compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
• He / she would be responsible for making sure that the accruals & provisions are managed as per the regulatory guidelines.
• Handle payroll accounting for the group.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as part of the finance team.
• Processing, payment and Accounting of Salary, end of service benefits .
• Manage accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger monthly, as well as preparing reports.
• Prepare employee provisions relates to expenses ( Visa, gratuity, leaves etc) and related schedules .
• Manage Petty cash & reconciliation.
• Manage payables of the concerned department including coordinating with vendors, accounting entries in SAP.
• Coordinate with Tax team for timely submission of tax returns
• Liaise with external & internal auditors and ensuring timely submission of required documents & reports.
• Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
