Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Finance Executive to join our team at GTS Logistics Air Cargo Services Co. LLC.
  • The candidate should have strong accounting and financial management skills, hands on experience with Zoho Books, and good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage day to day finance operations, prepare cash flow reports, coordinate with the FTA, and ensure timely compliance with all tax related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Maintain financial records using Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and monitor company cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Coordinate with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) for VAT filing and VAT return submissions, VAT refund applications, Corporate Tax compliance and filing support.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports, expense reports, and management summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when required.
  • Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Hands on experience with Zoho Books.
  • Ability to prepare cash flow reports and financial statements.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trading companies is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
