Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including tracking receivables and following up on outstanding payments
- Handle Accounts Payable, including invoice verification, processing, and payment coordination
- Maintain daily sales, collections, and payment reconciliation reports
- Track university commission invoices and follow up on commission receivables
- Review and verify employee expense claims with proper documentation and VAT compliance
- Support payroll processing by validating reimbursement and salary related claims
- Maintain VAT records and assist in VAT tracking, reporting, and compliance support
- Prepare and update financial trackers, reconciliations, and routine reports
- Assist in audit preparation by organizing financial documents, invoices, and supporting records
- Support office level P&L tracking and expense monitoring
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance related matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- 3 5 years of UAE experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Hands on experience in VAT management, payroll support, and financial reporting
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Finance Executive with 3–5 years of UAE experience in Finance & Accounts.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), VAT management, payroll support, and financial reporting.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple finance functions across departments.
