Finance Executive

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting

Partner with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations

Lead all aspects of cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing

Analyze manufacturing/service costs and identify cost optimization opportunities

Drive profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit

Monitor overhead allocation, activity-based costing (ABC), and cost control initiatives

Act as a key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules)

Ensure effective system utilization for costing, reporting, and controlling

Support SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements

Collaborate with IT and business teams on system improvements and automation

Ensure master data integrity (cost centers, profit centers, material costing, etc.)

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization

Develop financial models to support strategic decisions

Track actual vs budget performance and provide variance analysis

Support long-term financial planning and business strategy

Collaborate with operations, procurement, and commercial teams

Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth

Drive cost efficiency and operational improvement initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional qualification preferred (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA)

2-5 years of experience in finance, with strong costing background

Proven experience in manufacturing / industrial / FMCG environments (preferred)

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, COPA),SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects

Exposure to digital finance transformation initiatives

Experience in multi-country or regional finance roles
