Role Overview

Financial Management and Reporting

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Costing and Profitability Analysis

• Lead standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing.
• Analyze manufacturing and service costs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit.
• Monitor overhead allocation, activity-based costing, and cost control initiatives.

SAP S/4HANA Management

• Act as a key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on system improvements.
• Maintain master data integrity for cost centers, profit centers, and material costing.

Budgeting and Business Partnering

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-term planning.
• Track actual versus budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Drive cost efficiency and operational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• The role requires 2-5 years of finance experience with a strong costing background.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is required, including FI/CO, product costing, and COPA.
• SAP implementation or migration experience is required.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG experience is preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred.

Technical and Soft Skills

• Advanced cost accounting, financial analysis, Excel, and financial modeling skills are required.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• The role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and business acumen.
