Role Overview
Full-time Finance Executive or Account Executive role supporting daily accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment requests, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, payment reports, collection reports, and expense summaries.
- Record transactions in accounting systems and perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, overdue payments, supplier invoices, payment schedules, cash flow, collections, and daily financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheet schedules, cash-flow reports, financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Support audits, tax-related documentation, statutory reporting, payroll-related financial information, employee claims, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Maintain financial records and documentation, investigate discrepancies, support financial controls, and improve accounting processes.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and internal departments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, bookkeeping, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software.
- ERP or accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, or QuickBooks are advantageous.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work across departments, resolve discrepancies, and handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of local accounting standards, taxation, statutory requirements, or compliance is advantageous.
- Audit experience is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, CAT, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
