Role Overview

Support the Financial Planning and Analysis function as a Finance Trainee FP&A.

Work with the Financial Reporting Manager and stakeholders on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The role requires knowledge of budget processes, financial software, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, organize, maintain, and circulate monthly MIS and business performance reports.
  • Support the budget and forecast submission process in SAP and BPC, including quarterly uploads.
  • Communicate final budget and forecast profit and loss information to relevant SBU stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly line-of-business variance analysis and provide insights for business decisions.
  • Identify over- or under-spending through understanding of business operations.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from Business Analysts and Operations.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to meet Group Reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Com completed or pursuing, Inter CA, or Inter CMA qualification is required.
  • Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in a similar profile.
  • Engineering or Construction Industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP, BPC, ERP financial software, and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong functional, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and support continuous improvement.
