- Lead the financial management of the group and oversee all financial and accounting activities
- Review and assess current financial status, address challenges, and implement corrective plans
- Oversee preparation of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
- Develop financial policies, procedures, and controls; enhance governance and internal audit
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows, and financing plans
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ensuring data integrity
- Develop financial KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports for senior management
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Oversee zakat, tax, and regulatory compliance including local content requirements
- Lead digital transformation and automation of financial systems
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision making
- Build and develop a high performing finance team
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA) preferred
- Proven experience leading finance departments and preparing financial statements, budgets, and cash flows
- Experience in engineering consulting or project based companies preferred

Qualifications

- Experience in engineering consulting or project based companies preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, change management, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, problem solving, and decision making skills.

- Preference for candidates who have led successful projects to correct or restructure finance departments, address audit observations, or develop control and compliance systems.
