Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency

- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
- Manage audits, tax planning, and risk management activities
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification highly preferred
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership or director level roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance
