Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational growth, profitability, and long term business objectives
- Lead annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify financial risks, establish mitigation strategies, and maintain strong internal controls
- Monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, and ensure effective cash flow planning
- Collaborate with operational leaders to evaluate business opportunities, assess investments, and improve financial performance
- Lead and develop finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing financial operations and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, compliance, and corporate finance
- Proven ability to lead finance teams and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and BI reporting platforms
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex financial information to senior executives and non financial stakeholders

What We Are Looking For
