A private investment group is seeking a Finance Director to lead the institutionalization and financial management of a diverse portfolio.
The role combines real estate transaction leadership with financial and operational oversight of high-growth subsidiaries.
The finance function is being transformed toward international standards and institutional-grade reporting and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial structuring and execution for real estate transactions, including capital structures, SPV oversight, and financial due diligence.
- Drive IFRS remediation, standardized group-wide reporting, and robust monthly close frameworks.
- Oversee financial performance and valuation of a multi-sector portfolio.
- Provide the Board with analysis of IRR, NPV, and capital allocation efficiency.
- Lead relationships with regional financial institutions for project financing, debt origination, and liquidity management.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to international operational platforms and optimize working capital.
Required Background
- At least 12 years of senior finance leadership experience.
- Significant background in an investment firm, holding company, private equity group, or real estate investment arm.
- Proven experience structuring and executing large-scale real estate investment deals.
- Experience professionalizing finance departments and building institutional-grade systems in private or family-held environments.
- Native-level Arabic fluency and English fluency for board-level discussions and technical negotiations.
- A professional designation such as CA, CPA, or CFA is required.
