Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the MENA region, leveraging deep expertise in global trade flows to drive commercial value.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on commercial decision-making, investments, and growth initiatives
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to enhance profitability
• Oversee treasury, capital structure, cash flow, and working capital management
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Deliver high-quality management reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decisions
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Collaborate cross-functionally across trading, procurement, and operations teams

Requirements

• Professional qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA (MBA preferred)
• 12–15+ years’ experience, with a strong track record in senior finance leadership roles
• Proven experience within agribusiness, commodities trading, or procurement (wheat, corn, feed grains)
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, treasury, and risk management
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and managing teams
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modelling
• Fluent Arabic and English are essential (coverage of Egypt and wider MENA region)
