Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive management
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
- Optimize cost structures and improve financial performance
- Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and corporate finance
- Experience in trading, construction, or building materials industry is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel
