Take full responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the group’s financial strategy.
Establish a sound financial framework aligned with the group’s overall development plan.
Responsibilities
- Cover financial accounting, fund management, budget management, tax planning, and related finance activities.
- Lead and supervise daily finance work, including bookkeeping and financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for project investments, financing, and major business decisions.
- Assess the financial feasibility and risks of major business decisions.
- Oversee centralized fund management, capital allocation, fund utilization, and cash flow stability.
- Conduct tax planning, ensure tax compliance, reduce tax costs, and maintain relationships with tax authorities.
- Establish and improve internal financial controls to prevent financial risks.
- Assess financial risks regularly and provide early warnings.
Requirements
- Senior-level finance leadership covering financial accounting, fund management, budget management, and tax planning.
- Ability to lead and supervise daily finance operations, including bookkeeping and financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Capability to assess the financial feasibility and risks of investments, financing, and other major business decisions.
- Knowledge of tax compliance, tax planning, internal financial controls, and financial risk monitoring.
