Finance Development Program Analyst

Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages, including balance sheet and P&L analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts, analyzing variances.

Data & AI-enabled Solutions: Solve business problems and improve processes through proficiency and interest in leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

Business Partnership : Work with cross-functional teams in various regions (NAM, LATAM, South America, EMEA, APAC) to provide insights.

A bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s degree (received by May 2027) in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or business-related degree is required

An equivalent cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Demonstrated leadership experience is required

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred

Passion for finance and accounting

Relevant, real-world experience through prior projects, internships and co-ops is a plus

Ability to excel in a team-based environment
