Finance Data Analyst Intern

Role overview

Key activities

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales, sell-through rates, average transaction value, and stock management across GCC boutiques.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting by consolidating and analyzing data from ERP, POS, and Excel.
• Assist with database management during month-end closing, including sales reconciliation, commissions, marketing and communication expenses, and fixed-cost tracking.
• Support financial planning through preparation of budget and forecast scenarios.
• Contribute to automation of recurring reporting processes using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Perform ad hoc business analyses for accounting, logistics, and retail teams, including new openings, budget reviews, and investment cases.
• Collaborate with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to improve data quality and consistency.

Candidate profile

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree program in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Italian or Arabic is advantageous.
• Genuine interest in the luxury retail industry and its commercial dynamics.
