Role Overview
Full-time Finance & Cost Control Manager role for a gabions, wire, fencing, and metal manufacturing company.
The position combines financial management, accounting, manufacturing costing, inventory control, and operational controls.
The role works with management, production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000–15,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits include company visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and other company-policy benefits.
- An annual performance-based bonus is linked to agreed KPIs.
Finance and Accounting
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Supervise general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, commitments, and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with accountants, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
