Manage daily finance and accounting activities.
Supervise general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
Complete monthly and year-end closing accurately and on time.
Prepare management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, commitments, and internal financial controls.
Coordinate with accountants, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Develop product and production costing for raw materials, labor, overheads, and production.
Analyze actual costs against standard or budgeted costs and investigate variances.
Monitor raw-material consumption against production output.
Track production wastage, scrap, and material losses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and analyze product or project profitability.
Establish cost-control procedures across production and procurement.

Control raw materials, consumables, work in progress, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or accounting system.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and coordinate stock counts.
Investigate discrepancies and monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Work with warehouse, procurement, and production to improve inventory efficiency.

Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules and reconciliations.
Respond to auditor queries and follow up on audit findings.
Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
Support compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial or regulatory requirements.
Identify and strengthen weaknesses in financial and operational controls.

Monitor financial and operational performance with production and operations teams.
Establish and monitor financial and manufacturing KPIs.
Review purchasing costs, supplier pricing, production efficiency, and material utilization.
Provide timely financial and operational reports to management.
Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Seven to ten years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Hands-on manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience.
Experience in costing, variance analysis, inventory control, ERP or accounting systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
UAE or GCC manufacturing experience is preferred.
CMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
