Role Overview
The Finance & Bid Operations Coordinator will support the firm's new Riyadh office across commercial bidding and cross-border financial administration.
The role works alongside the Business Development Architect and reports to the corporate leadership team in Oman.
The position is full-time and in-office in Riyadh, Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are considered, and fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Role Overview

Bid and Proposal Operations
- Monitor the Etimad portal and private developer portals for relevant architectural requests for proposals.
- Purchase tender documents legally and track rigid submission deadlines.
- Translate official Arabic government circulars, municipality codes, and client brief requirements into clear English.
- Coordinate commercial, legal, and administrative documents for complete and compliant bid submissions.
Financial Administration
- Reconcile bank statements, upload receipts, and cross-check supplier ledgers in the corporate Oman accounting system.
