- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review
- Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis
- Collaborate cross functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits
- Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands
Requirements
- 2 3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day to day financial management
- Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced remote environment and work independently
- Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required
