About the Role
Join the Finance team as a hands-on Finance Associate working closely with the CFO across the day-to-day finance function.
The role offers broad exposure to a fast-moving investment business for someone with 3–4 years of accounting or audit experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own monthly financial reporting and management reporting packs.
- Reconcile and manage financial data across entities, including the UK and Dubai.
- Support the CFO with reporting and consolidation.
- Prepare and review payments, including high-value investment-related transactions.
- Own recurring finance processes and improve workflows from spreadsheets to operational processes.
- Build tracking and reporting for travel, subscriptions, and payroll.
- Partner with Legal, Investment, Fundraising, and other teams on finance-related requests.
- Support finance projects and process improvements across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Three to four years of experience in accounting, audit, or a similar finance role.
- Big Four or Top 10 experience.
- Strong accounting fundamentals and excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- ACCA or ACA qualified, or working towards a qualification.
- Familiarity with Xero and UK VAT or corporation tax is a plus.
