Responsibilities
- Build three statement models, revenue build ups, and scenario analyses (bear/base/bull) for clients and their boards
- Develop transaction models across equity and debt — cap tables, returns analyses, facility sizing, covenant and cash flow models
- Pressure test business plans: unit economics, cohort behavior, working capital, runway
- Support live equity and debt mandates end to end: teasers, information decks, data rooms, counterparty lists, and process tracking
- Prepare diligence materials and manage Q&A with investors, institutions, and counsel
- Join client calls from week one; own workstreams with founder level stakeholders across time zones
- Turn analysis into sharp, decision ready narratives — decks and memos that go in front of boards and institutions
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome but must have demonstrable experience in financial modelling and deck building (internships, competitions, student funds, or prior roles all count)
- Can build a clean, structured model from a blank workbook and defend every assumption
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Poised and credible in front of senior stakeholders
- Ownership mentality
- Curiosity about markets, deals, and how companies get built and financed
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate

The Role
- We're hiring a Finance Associate in Dubai to work across our consulting engagements and live transactions.
- You'll get hands on exposure to both equity and debt transactions from day one — building the models, drafting the materials, and sitting in on the conversations that move deals forward.
- This role compresses years of traditional finance training into months.
- Open to fresh graduates — but you must already know your way around a financial model and a deck.
What You'll Do
