About the Role
The Finance Associate will support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and report to the Assistant Controller.
The role provides broad exposure to global accounting operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and record bank payments accurately and promptly.
- Set up new vendors in NetSuite after completed vendor forms are received.
- Review and process employee expense reports in SAP Concur.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes.
- Perform account and statement reconciliations to maintain accurate balances.
- Monitor the shared mailbox and correspond with vendors as needed.
- Assist with sales tax filings and perform other ad hoc duties.
