Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Processes invoices and accounts payable payments in a timely manner
• Processes client payments and GL entries and/or adjustments as needed
• Code and distribute invoices for payment approval utilizing approved budgets
• Reconcile and maintain all vendor records and accounts
• Prepare and invoice internal charges for overhead and admin fees
• Prepare and make bank deposits
• Reconcile and process petty cash
• Prepare and update client statement of accounts
• Filing and record keeping for all financial documents
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare funder claims and ad hoc reports as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting education and office experience
• Proficiency in INTACCT (minimum of 3 years' experience)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Security Clearance
