Role Description
- The Finance Assistant role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Finance Assistant will support day to day financial activities, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with accounting entries related to property investments, sales, and leasing.
- The role includes preparing basic financial reports, reconciling transactions, and supporting budgeting and expense tracking in coordination with the finance team.
- The Finance Assistant will also communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify financial documentation and ensure timely completion of finance related tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills to support invoicing, record keeping, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support decision making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Candidates should have proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial software, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or property management is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, manage part time schedules effectively, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
