Aida Cleaning Services is seeking an organized, accurate, and reliable Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant.

This entry-level role supports bookkeeping and daily operational activities within the accounting department.

Process vendor invoices, generate customer statements, and track payment receipts.
Maintain ledgers and support daily financial transactions.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations, including credit card reconciliations and petty cash disbursements.
Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance and tax invoice standards.
Maintain physical and digital financial records.
Assist with month-end schedule preparation and respond to routine vendor billing inquiries.

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required.
Partial progress toward AAT, ACCA, or CIMA credentials is an advantage.

Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic accrual accounting is required.
