Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare invoices, quotations, payment certificates, and follow up on collections
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and supplier accounts
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial policies
- Prepare payroll data and coordinate salary processing
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial summaries for management
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

- The Finance & Office Administration Officer is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, supporting payroll and budgeting activities, and overseeing office administration functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities – Finance & Accounting
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, payment certificates, and follow up on collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and supplier accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.

- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.

- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
- Arrange meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and maintain records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa documentation when required.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and office administration.
