Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Finance Analyst** to manage financial operations and reporting for our **group of companies based in the UAE and the UK**.
The ideal candidate will have experience in **multi-entity consolidation, investment portfolio analysis**, and **UK compliance (HMRC, VAT, etc.)**, along with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial reports across UAE and UK entities.
- Ensure compliance with **HMRC** and **UAE VAT regulations**, supporting audits and tax submissions.
- Oversee and guide a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple companies.
- Analyze and monitor **investment portfolios** and provide performance insights.
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Work with multiple ERP systems — **QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV**, and **Odoo**.
- Perform advanced Excel-based financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support management’s strategic decisions.
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree** (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3**+ years of experience** as a Finance Analyst or Finance Manager.
- Proven experience in **group of companies** setup with exposure to **UK accounting and HMRC processes**.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and financial models).
- Experience with **QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV**, and preferably **Odoo**.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
