Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical role.

Exposure to financial modelling, budgeting, or forecasting through coursework or practical experience.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong Excel proficiency – comfortable working in and maintaining structured financial models, using multi-variable lookup and aggregation functions, and building scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Open office environment (unless remote).
May require additional hours during reporting periods or key deadlines.
