Role Overview
CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions is hiring a Finance Analyst to support service delivery for an agreed portfolio of clients.
The role supports fund accounting and investment or product services for real estate funds and special purpose vehicles in the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support statutory reporting, investor reporting, board papers, NAV calculations, income distributions, and tax returns.
- Maintain entity and underlying asset records in Yardi where appropriate.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Support compliance with group policies and refinement of procedures and processes.
- Assist with loan and cash book administration.
- Complete ad hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements
- School-leaver qualifications are the typical educational requirement.
- Candidates may have part-qualified ACCA or CIMA status.
- Previous accounting experience and knowledge of real estate structures may be beneficial.
- Candidates should be ambitious and driven to complete ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Good attention to detail and teamwork are required.
