Provide email and phone-based support to partners and merchants, addressing all accounts and finance-related queries on a daily basis.

Support the Finance Shared Services function by managing end-to-end finance-related client support activities, including commission management, invoicing, credit processing, and calculation/recalculation processes.

Work across multiple platforms such as EPPE, FreedomPay, Procurement, and other systems, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of cases and queries.

2 + Years experience in providing billing support, including active involvement in the suspension process where required.

Manage and support commission-related activities, including auditing and validating commission statements and ensuring accuracy through thorough verification.

Oversee Freedompay-related operational activities such as terminal management, forecasting and pipeline monitoring processes.

Support procurement-related activities, including raising purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, and managing PO receipts.

Liaise regularly with the Oracle team to resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) matters.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports, track progress on key activities, and provide timely reporting as required.
